Laura has been practising Pilates for over 15 years and trained as an instructor with the APPI – The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in 2021. Their world-renowned Pilates method has become one of the most recognised in the world and is now taught in over 30 countries.
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities and can benefit people with many health concerns including back pain. You can work either as hard or gently as you wish to – you choose your own pace. Most importantly – it is FUN!
